As an empath, you have a keen awareness of shifting moods, even detecting the slightest change from a distance. This heightened sensitivity sets the stage for overthinking and second-guessing. You pour out compassion for others generously, but when it comes to yourself, you’re often your harshest critic. Your forgiving nature impels you to overlook faults and imperfections, perhaps even offering too much justification for others’ actions. This selfless empathy, while admirable, may leave you shortchanging your own needs and boundaries.

Chapter  1.

Shadow Work

(2 sessions minimum)

De-conditioning

The process of de-conditioning involves unlearning old patterns and replacing them with new ones. Changing your habits can be incredibly challenging, which is why expert support is key. Confidence coaching for people pleasers will guide you towards challenging the behaviors that are no longer serving you, so you can create unstoppable momentum towards personal growth and transformation. By pushing the limits of what you thought was possible, we can reconstruct your belief system from the ground.

Chapter 4.

Nervous System Regulation

(2 sessions minimum)

When we are stuck in a pattern of negative thinking, it can be tricky to break free and create new, more aligned beliefs and behaviors. Through my favorite tools such as thought de-fusion, emotion regulation, self-compassion and mindfulness strategies, you’ll learn to self-soothe during times of distress and break free from old, conditioned responses that are no longer serving you. By adopting these techniques, you can cultivate a more positive mindset and live a life that aligns with your values and strengths. This authentic approach to living will allow you to fully embrace who you are and live life on your own terms.

Hi! I’m Ludo!

When I was a child, I had this strange habit of watching the same Disney movies over and over again. It was almost like a ritual for me.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like other cartoons. It was just that periodically watching the same ones gave me a sense of comfort and familiarity that I craved. My household was unpredictable and chaotic. My parents would argue and fight constantly, and I never knew when they would explode into a full-blown screaming match.

Watching the same cartoons repeatedly was my coping mechanism– a way of creating a sense of stability in my life. It was something I could count on, something that would always be there for me, no matter what else was happening around me.

As I grew older, I realized that my childhood experiences had a profound impact on the way I saw the world and the way that I operated in my relationships. It made me empathetic towards others who were going through difficult times, and I found myself drawn to listening to their stories. It was almost like I wanted to enter into their world and help them find the stability and comfort that I craved as a child.

That’s why I studied to become a therapist and a coach. 

It’s a profession that allows me to enter into people’s stories, to help them make sense of their experiences, and to provide them with the support and guidance they need to navigate life’s challenges.

Enlightening people to see their blind spots so they can live more authentically, untangling their thoughts to alleviate their pain, uncovering their strengths so they can acquire the boldness necessary to push forward – this is what my job means to me .

I have studied psychology since I knew how to read, I am a certified therapist and coach and there is no other job I can see myself doing in this lifetime!

I am a therapist, a coach , but also a patient and a lifelong learner.

I’ve gone through therapy and coaching myself – not just once, but several times…I firmly believe that my experience as a patient makes me a better, more empathetic professional.

I know what it means to be sitting on the other side full of hope and let’s face it, also fear, not knowing if you can fully trust the person in front of you or if you are wasting your time and money…

I had direct and indirect experience of mental health problemsI have a deep understanding of how the mind works and I am ready to put this knowledge to work for you.

From mild anxiety and depression to severe mental health issues, I’ve treated it all through modalities like psychodynamic therapy, life coaching, mindfulness, metacognitive therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

But this isn’t just about getting your head right – it’s about living your best life! My signature process involves identifying and restructuring limiting beliefs, empowering you to step out of hiding and become the protagonist in your own life.

My aim is all about teaching you how to embrace your potential by working on the barriers you have unconsciously built against healing and thriving.
